6. Lead Data and Court Records
The lead data delivered through the Service is sourced from publicly available Wisconsin court records via the Consolidated Court Automation Programs (CCAP) system. This data relates to third parties named in court filings — not to our subscribers. We do not sell or share subscriber account information with any party whose information appears in lead records.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS), hashed and salted passwords via Supabase Auth, row-level security policies on our database, and restricted access to production systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving billing disputes.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and authenticate your account. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in or using the Service.
